The Technology

What a denim/textile ETP includes

A textile ETP chains the right stages for the effluent: screening and equalisation, coagulation and high-rate DAF for colour and solids, biological treatment (MBBR/TBR or MBR) for the organic load, and tertiary polishing or RO for reuse-grade water.

CWG has built DAF, Turbo Bio-Reactor and full ETP systems for leading textile and denim mills across Pakistan — sized to the mill’s flow, dye chemistry and discharge or reuse target.

The result is compliant discharge, lower fresh-water cost through recycling, and a plant engineered to ride out the load swings a dye-house throws at it.
